In fact that's how Old school started OUT OF NEED for our own homes, on Palm Beach Island, Condo's, investment properties, as well as some of the most beautiful horse farms in Wellington.

In fact that's how we got started, 20 years ago we were taking care of our own properties on Palm beach Island and a Farm in Wellington , when neighbor, friend and family requested we start A property management and project management company to manage theirs as well
